Trinidad's Local Government Elections 2010

In Trinidad, there are five Municipalities and nine Regional Corporations (RC). These are further sub divided into electoral districts. On 26th July 2010, councillors will be re/elected to represent each electoral district. Within the RC of Princes Town, there are nine such electoral districts:
. 5th Company
. New Grant / Tableland
. Corinth/Cedar Hill
. Inverness/Princes Town
. Reform/Manahambre
. Lengua/St. Julien
. Moruga
. Hindustan/Indian Walk/St. Mary's
. Ben Lomond/Hardbargain/Williamsville

Rafi Mohammed is the UNC representative for the electoral district of 5th Company, in the Regional Corporation of Princes Town. Mr. Mohammed has a rich family background in the political arena and brings with him a wealth of hands-on experience and knowledge relating to community based services and activities. He possesses the fortitude required to fill the position of councillor.
